Our ideal candidate

  • We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience in data analytics;
  • You will need practical experience managing a team and leading complex projects that involve multiple departments;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. This is necessary to effectively advocate for technical decisions to developers while also understanding the business challenges faced by marketers;
  • Your technical foundation should include a solid grasp of SQL, Python, and modern visualization tools;
  • We also value a conceptual understanding of how cloud storage works and the Modern Data Stack;
  • Additionally, you must be fluent in business language and have a strong grasp of product metrics, funnels, and user acquisition principles.

 

Primary responsibilities

  • You will take on the role of the primary driver of our analytics strategy;
  • Your key task will be to bring together the technical team, marketing, and the business side to make joint architectural decisions;
  • Initially, we expect you to conduct an audit of the current infrastructure. Next, you will need to carefully select the optimal cloud storage solutions, BI systems, and tracking tools;
  • Scaling events will be the first major project. Here, you’ll need to act strategically: define requirements and manage resources for the technical implementation of pipelines, but not write them from scratch yourself;
  • Organizationally, you will build an internal Center of Excellence. The goal is to bring analysts together into a cohesive team and establish mentoring processes. At the same time, it is important to maintain their effective work in cross-functional groups;
  • Overall, we need to transform analytics into a user-friendly internal service. In this service, product expertise must seamlessly integrate with marketing attribution data and unit economics;
  • We value leadership by example. Therefore, you will always have the opportunity to act as a hands-on leader, dive into the data yourself, and set a high standard of quality for the team.

 

Be a plus

  • Your profile will be of particular interest to us if you have experience transforming disparate teams into a unified service. The same applies to participation in large-scale data migrations;
  • And, of course, an understanding of the specifics of the GameDev industry would be a huge plus for our collaboration.

Selection stages:

  1. Initial phone call with a recruiter;
  2. Technical interview with the Head of GameDev, HR, and Lead Product Analyst;
  3. Final meeting with the HR Director, Marketing Producer, and Finance Team Lead.
