QS Games is a Ukrainian game development company that is currently undergoing a transformation and laying the foundation for a future European ecosystem with a focus on publishing. We are working on our own web and mobile projects in the farm/city builder genre and are gradually building processes that will allow us to expand our product portfolio in the coming years.
The QS Games team already has 170+ specialists, and we are looking for a UA manager who can strengthen our marketing, work systematically with traffic, and influence the growth of key product metrics.

Our ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience in launching and optimizing Google Ads or Meta (FB) Ads and is ready to discuss their cases — goals, budget, results
- Has experience in GameDev or similar B2C (focus on RR, LT, and repeat purchases)
- Able to work with data: formulate hypotheses, run simple A/B tests, draw conclusions
- Understands key UA metrics: CPI/CPA, ROAS/ROMI, and knows how to optimize them
- Knows how to set up a regular cycle of testing creatives, geo, audiences
- Has experience working with analytics: AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, Power BI (or similar) at the level of daily practice
Primary responsibilities
- • Launch and scale campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Unity Ads as needed
• Monitor and optimize bids, targeting, and creatives on a daily basis
• Generate requests and technical specifications for creatives on a regular basis
• Prepare concise reports and recommendations for the product and team
• Plan weekly/monthly budgets and short-term forecasts
