Primary responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads to build a strong HR strategy that aligns both employee and business interests.
  • Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, Performance and Salary Review, training, and offboarding.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, gather feedback, and promptly address critical issues.
  • Support leads in handling complex cases related to team management and employee performance.
  • Plan and monitor the salary budget, assessing the economic feasibility of staffing decisions.
  • Actively participate in developing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing team productivity.
  • Analyze team workload and work together with the PM and producer to make optimization decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships within teams and, alongside the producer, act as the team’s voice to senior management.
