Primary responsibilities

  • Coordinate the work of the system game designers team: distribute workloads, conduct reviews, provide feedback, and support team members with complex tasks
  • Develop the team: onboarding, mentoring, setting long-term goals, and conducting performance reviews
  • Plan and implement LiveOps for the project
  • Work with FTUE based on analytical data — implement changes and improvements, test hypotheses
  • Design new mechanics and bring them to implementation
  • Maintain communication with other departments: Art, UI/UX, Unity

 

Be a plus

  • Experience with farming and city-building games
