Our ideal candidate

  • Understands the specifics of mobile game development and has a genuine interest in games.
  • B2–C1 level English proficiency, allowing you to correspond freely and hold meetings with international partners.
  • Takes a systematic approach to working with data and pays close attention to detail when managing CRM.
  • Is outgoing and able to quickly establish rapport with new people.

Primary responsibilities

  • Scout indie and small studios in Europe using AppMagic, itch.io, Steam, mobile app stores, and by actively engaging with the Discord and LinkedIn communities.
  • You’ll be responsible for initial outreach, following up on leads, and conducting a basic assessment of projects’ relevance to our portfolio.
  • Conduct initial calls with studios to get to know them better and perform a basic assessment of their teams.
  • Maintain our CRM: create and update studio profiles, track the status of negotiations, and manage current tasks.
  • Represent the company at international industry conferences, so be prepared for business trips abroad.
