HR Project & Operations Manager
QS Games is a Ukrainian product-based gamedev company creating original titles and evolving toward a European publishing ecosystem. We develop web and mobile projects in casual genres (farm / city-building) and are progressively expanding into publishing and partner products. To date, our projects have reached hundreds of thousands of players
With a team of 160+ specialists, we are focused on scaling our products across the European market. As our team grows, we are refining our organizational architecture and HR strategy. We are now looking for an HR Project & Operations Manager—a process architect who can transform high-level concepts into functional daily mechanisms and integrate key HR projects into our unified ecosystem.
Our ideal candidate
- Has practical experience of three years or more in IT or gamedev in HR Project Manager, HR Operations, or systemic Generalist positions;
- Possesses strong systems thinking and the ability to foresee how a localized change in one process will affect the entire personnel management mechanism;
- Has experience in designing corporate knowledge bases and knows how to competently visualize processes; Validates project performance in practice after launch, analyzes numbers to understand that the process optimizes business resources;
- Knows how to break down complex tasks into clear stages and lead involved stakeholders to the final result; Understands various communication techniques and knows how to build effective partnerships with different stakeholders;
- Speaks English at an Intermediate+ level (ability to work freely with English interfaces and documentation).
Primary responsibilities
- Independently lead key projects, such as updating onboarding or launching the first quarterly review according to new rules;
- Manage the change implementation process and help the team adapt by preparing communication in a timely manner and gathering feedback;
- Set up regular reporting and work with metrics so that HR decisions are made based on data;
- Bring order to the corporate Confluence, structure the knowledge base, and separate outdated texts from how people actually work;
- Ensure the seamless operation of existing operational processes and act as a reliable link between the HR team, leads, and finance;
- Find blind spots at the intersection of different processes and propose specific steps to “stitch” them into a unified and positive employee experience.
