  • Has 3+ years of experience in BizDev / publishing / UA / partnership management in game development
  • Understands mobile game development, HC/Hybrid/Casual genres, market trends
  • Able to establish initial contact and maintain dialogue

Primary responsibilities

• Scouting indie and small studios in Europe: AppMagic, itch.io, Steam, mobile stores, Discord/LinkedIn communities
• Making initial contacts: outreach, leads, relevance assessment
• Making introductory calls to studios and basic qualification
• Gathering information about the project, metrics, team fit
• Coordinating the next steps: organizing game evaluation, testing
• CRM support, creating and maintaining studio profiles, monitoring statuses and tasks
• Preparing basic proposals, introducing studios to the process
• Supporting studios until the pre-greenlight stage

 

Be a plus

• Experience in closing deals, conducting negotiations, working with contracts
• Experience working with EU studios
