QS Games is a Ukrainian game development company that creates its own games and is moving toward the European publishing ecosystem.
We develop web and mobile projects in the casual genres (farm/city-building) and are gradually expanding into publishing. Our projects have already attracted hundreds of thousands of players. The QS Games team consists of 170+ specialists working on product development and scaling. And now we are looking for a Video Designer to create and develop marketing creatives for mobile games.
We value an approach where a specialist doesn’t just edit videos but understands the logic of performance marketing. You’ll independently manage creatives from concept to completion: creating and testing hypotheses, adapting videos to mobile advertising trends, and using AI tools to scale production. We value the ability to analyze test results and improve the effectiveness of each video.

Our ideal candidate
- Has at least 2 years of experience working at mobile gaming or game development companies;
- Is proficient in Adobe After Effects, Spine, and Photoshop at a professional level (including expressions and scripts);
- Understands the principles of animation, composition, pacing, editing, and attention flow;
- Is able to work quickly and iteratively with creative testing and make creative decisions independently;
- Has practical experience working with AI tools (Kling, Runway, NanoBanana, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar) and prompting skills;
- Understands AI pipelines (generation → processing → editing).
Primary responsibilities
- Create video content for mobile game advertising in various styles (gameplay, fake gameplay, UGC, AI-assisted);
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for user acquisition (UA) campaigns across different platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), regions, and audiences;
- Work with UI, characters, gameplay capture, VFX, transition systems, and 2D animation;
- Build creative variations through modular production and template-based workflows;
- Generate ideas, storyboards, videos, assets, and voiceovers using AI tools;
- Analyze video performance metrics together with the marketing and UA teams;
- Optimize and develop creative processes for rapid testing of new hypotheses.
