- Build a comprehensive motivation system.
- Develop an HR strategy aligned with the business strategy.
- Integrate new values into the company culture.
- Lead and develop a team: Recruitment Manager, HR L&D Manager, two HR Business Partners, and a Financial Consultant.
- Act as HR Business Partner for a 15-person team.
- Regularly monitor HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager on the development strategy of the company’s new brand.

QS Games is a game development company that is currently undergoing a transformation from a Ukrainian product company to a European game development ecosystem that will develop its publishing direction. We are currently developing and supporting our own web and mobile city builder farms, and in 5 years we see ourselves as publishers of fast-paced hyper-casual games.
The QS Games team currently has 170+ specialists. We are looking for someone to lead the HR team and become a strategic assistant to management on the path to transformation.
Our ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years in the role of Head of HR and 4 years of HR experience.
- Has experience in change management; has supported global organizational changes.
- When making decisions, relies not only on practical experience but also on HR theory.
- Has experience managing a team of 5+ specialists.
- Has experience working as an HR Business Partner.
- Has worked with team salary budgets.
- Understands the difference between tactics and strategy; makes strategic decisions.
- Has English proficiency at Intermediate+ level.
