Our ideal candidate

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in game or digital product localization.
  • Have experience working with translation agencies and external vendors.
  • Have a solid understanding of translation workflows, machine translation post-editing, and localization quality.
  • Have basic technical skills: working with CAT tools and localization file formats (.xml, .json, .csv, etc.).
  • Have experience with AI-powered translation tools — a strong plus.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
  • Have the ability to research new solutions, optimize processes, and suggest and implement improvements.

Primary responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the localization process of games into multiple languages.
  • Collaborate with translation agencies: communicate and ensure translation quality.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams of translators and editors.
  • Plan and implement new language versions of the product.
  • Use and improve AI-powered solutions for translation automation (Machine Translation, Post-Editing).
  • Conduct research on new translation technologies and implement best practices.
  • Continuously improve localization quality: optimize workflows, update glossaries and style guides, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of localizations into the product.
