  • Has extensive experience working with mobile hypercasual, puzzle, and hybrid-casual games;
  • Understands the full cycle of creating an F2P product — from idea to scaling;
  • Has strong analytical skills and knows how to work with metrics;

  • Possesses strong communication skills and knows how to build partnerships;

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop the company’s publishing division from scratch;
  • Work with third-party studios: evaluate projects, support communication, develop partnerships;
  • Analyze game metrics and make decisions on the feasibility of further cooperation;
  • Formulate an approach to project selection and greenlight criteria;
  • Launch and support the R&D division;
  • Prescribe and implement processes for interaction between the publisher and studios;
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and internal guidelines;
  • Participate in strategic planning for the division’s development.

Be a plus

  • Experience in mentoring or managing a small team;
  • Experience working in an R&D environment;
  • Strong documentation writing skills;
  • A love of complex tasks and ambitious challenges.What’s important 🔥

This is a startup direction within the company. Many decisions will need to be made independently, quickly, and reasonably.
Based on the results of the first 6 months, there is a prospect of becoming Head of Laboratory with full responsibility for the publishing vector.
