Internal Communications Specialist

QS Games is a Ukrainian product game development company that creates its own titles and is moving toward a European publishing ecosystem. We create web and mobile projects in casual genres (farm / city-building) and are gradually expanding into publishing. Our projects have already gathered hundreds of thousands of players. The QS Games team consists of 170+ specialists working on the development and scaling of our products.
We are currently growing actively and building a matrix structure, where everyone has more freedom, but also more responsibility. That is why we are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will become the true “voice” of our team. Your role is to help us stay united, bridge the contexts of different departments, and make our communications simple, transparent, and candid. We are looking for a partner who will take charge of creating internal events, developing our Tone of Voice, and helping us maintain that special, warm atmosphere for which we value our team, even during major changes.
Our ideal candidate

At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, PR, or SMM, preferably in IT, GameDev, or product companies.

Brilliant copywriting skills in Ukrainian. Writes concisely, structurally, without bureaucratic jargon, and with respect for the reader’s time.

Visual design skills. Confidently works in Figma, Canva, or Photoshop, and can independently prepare presentations or banners in accordance with the company’s brand book.

Strong stakeholder management skills. Able to build partnerships with managers at various levels and ask insightful, clarifying questions.

English level of Intermediate+, sufficient for working with English-language sources and internal interfaces.
Primary responsibilities

Ensure full communication support for events: from structuring speeches and preparing stylish presentations to facilitation and gathering feedback.

Manage the company’s information flow: through regular digests, product announcements, and updates regarding internal changes.

Further develop and implement the internal Tone of Voice, as well as work with graphic editors to ensure all materials—from internal banners to All-Hands slides—look like a unified, high-quality product.

Develop our Employer Brand on social media, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage of company life, our culture, and current vacancies.
