Our ideal candidate

  • Has experience in developing browser games at all stages, from design to Live Ops (4+ years);
  • Has experience working with monetization in F2P games;
  • Possesses deep knowledge of game design and level design (gameplay, learning curve, difficulty, balance, etc.);
  • Has logical thinking, analytical, and mathematical skills;
  • Is familiar with best F2P practices (engagement, retention, monetization, analytics);
  • Can provide constructive feedback on existing business systems.

Primary responsibilities

  • Optimize key game performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of monetization and retention, analyze data, and implement changes;
  • Develop and implement monetization systems, ensuring their growth and evaluating their impact on KPIs;
  • Define monetization strategies to improve player retention and increase revenue without compromising the quality of the gaming experience;
  • Manage the in-game economy, pricing, and resource distribution;
  • Balance different types of content and resources within the game;
  • Analyze feedback, analytics, and test results to suggest improvements to existing features;
  • Research new mechanics and trends in the gaming industry.

Be a plus

  • Broad gaming experience across various genres and platforms;
  • Experience with farm and city-building games;
  • Mentorship experience.
