Our ideal candidate

  • Has experience in developing F2P games at all stages, from design to Live Ops (4+ years);
  • Has experience with monetization in F2P games;
  • Has in-depth knowledge of game design and level design (gameplay, learning curve, difficulty, balance, etc.);
  • Has logical thinking, analytical, and mathematical skills;
  • Is knowledgeable about F2P best practices (acquisition, retention, monetization, analytics);
  • Is able to provide constructive feedback on existing business systems.

Primary responsibilities

  • Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of monetization and retention, data analysis, and implementation of changes;
  • Develop and implement monetization systems, their development, and assessment of their impact on KPIs;
  • Determine monetization strategies to improve player retention and increase revenue without compromising the quality of the gaming experience;
  • Analyze feedback, analytics, and test results to propose improvements to existing features;
  • Create and adjust the launch schedule for monetization mechanics;
  • Work with game designers to create and manage game resource shortages;
  • Research new mechanics and trends in the gaming industry.

Be a plus

  • Extensive gaming experience in various genres and on different platforms;
  • Experience with farms and city builders;
  • Experience with browser games
