Our ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in game monetization (web and/or mobile)
  • Deep understanding of ad-based monetization models
  • Hands-on experience with leading ad networks and mediation platforms
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large volumes of data (Google Sheets, Excel, analytics dashboards)
  • English — Intermediate level or higher

Primary responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ad monetization strategies for web and mobile games
  • Manage ad networks (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, and others)
  • Analyze and optimize key metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, ARPU, ARPDAU, and retention
  • Test different ad formats (rewarded video, interstitials, banners, native, etc.) to increase revenue and enhance the user experience
  • Work with analytics systems and prepare regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with producers, game designers, analysts, marketing team, and developers

Be a plus

  • Experience with hybrid monetization (ads + in-app purchases)
  • Experience integrating ad SDKs in collaboration with the technical team
  • Understanding of the hyper-casual and mid-core game markets
  • Experience running A/B tests for ad strategies
  • Experience building and improving monetization analytics systems
