We are looking for a specialist for the position of Team Lead Support in a gaming GameDev studio, who will lead the support team and improve our interaction with players! 🔝

Our ideal candidate
- Has 4+ years of experience in game support.
- Has experience working with Helpshift, Zendesk, or other similar services.
- Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Able to distribute tasks, set priorities, and analyze workloads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft products for data management, integrations, and visualizations.
- Has a successful track record in team management, process management, and coordinating communication with players.
Primary responsibilities
- Analyze workload and assist the team with task prioritization.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, interviews, onboarding, mentoring, and monthly team retrospectives.
- Coordinate communication with players and resolve complex queries
- Perform project playtesting and provide feedback to the team
- Control the quality of responses, analyze, and adjust communication strategies according to trends and situations
- Develop player support strategies in case of crisis situations in projects and coordinate communication with other departments
- Analyze best practices and trends among competitors and implement them in the company
- Develop team growth plans, prepare training sessions and materials in case of new functionality or changes in the workflow
