We create farms where every event matters. Right now, we’re looking for a System Game Designer for our Farland project — someone who sees the game as a system, can build a cohesive game loop, and level up the economy, FTUE, and high-end content.

Our ideal candidate
🔸A Game Designer with 2+ years of experience in creating and balancing progression, economy, FTUE, and high-end content
🔸Strong in economy/balance systems, skilled with spreadsheets and data-driven decisions
🔸Understands game systems as cohesive, interconnected models
🔸Can write clear and concise documentation
🔸Structured thinker, responsible, proactive during playtests
🔸Experience with casual web or mobile projects (farms, city-builders are a big plus)
Primary responsibilities
- Understand how all existing mechanics work.
- Build and maintain a balanced system.
- Design and balance economy systems, FTUE, and progression.
- Implement and optimize high-end content mechanics.
- Know core mathematical models and apply them to game balance.
- Use analytical tools confidently (Power BI).
- Analyze metrics, draw conclusions, and make balance decisions based on data.
- Develop and implement new progression and economic systems.
- Balance content: resource mechanics, internal economies.
- Prepare event task lists for game designers and artists (estimation tables).
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation for the team.
- Collaborate efficiently with artists, developers, and analysts.
- Provide valuable and professional feedback during playtests of other projects.
